Shipping and returns

Shipment

We ship within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria using PostPac Priority from Swiss Post.

For orders placed before 4:00 PM, the package will be delivered on the next working day; for orders placed after 4:00 PM, the delivery time is 2 working days.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs of CHF 8.50. We offer free shipping on orders of CHF 100 or more.

Return

We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy, provided the product is unused and resalable. You don't need to give a reason for the return. However, as we are constantly striving to improve our service, we greatly appreciate your feedback.

Please be sure to fill out the return/exchange form completely. Without a return form, we cannot guarantee prompt processing. If you can no longer find the form, you can... Download here and print (Adobe Acrobat required).

Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Please ensure that the shipment is adequately stamped.

Upon return, the value of the goods will be credited to your bank/PayPal account or credit card after receipt. The credit will appear on your credit card within the next 10 days. It may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
